Canada&#;s Walk of Fame announces inductees, Toronto International Film Festival among honourees 

Canada&#;s Walk of Fame has announced seven inductees for this year, including the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).

Along with the film festival, the founder of Four Seasons Hotel, and classical guitarist Liona Boyd are some of the other inductees this year. 

Canada’s Walk of Fame currently has over inductions, all of whom have stars on the sidewalks of Toronto’s Entertainment District. 

TIFF turns 50 years-old this year and will be honoured during the Canada’s Walk of Fame Induction Gala on June 14 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. 

“Especially as we celebrate our 50th edition, it is such an honour to join this inspiring group of Canadians,” said TIFF CEO Cameron Bailey in a video posted on X.

(Toronto, ON) May 1,  – 25 years and over Inductions permanently etched in history. Canada’s Walk of Fame, the country’s highest mark of achievement, commemorates its Silver Anniversary as Canada’s Gold Standard. In a landmark year that will honour Canadian trailblazers of the past 25 years, Canada’s Walk of Fame announced today the first round of Inductees that will usher in the next 25 years of celebrating Canadian greatness. They include:
