Jang Geun Suk
Jang Geun Suk is a South Korean actor, singer, and model. In junior high school, Jang went to school in New Zealand, where he attended Nelson College in , to learn English and Japanese. He is best known for playing the role of band leader Hwang Tae Kyung in the drama &#;You&#;re Beautiful&#;. As well as the role of Kang Mu Gyul in the romantic comedy series &#;Mary Stayed Out All Night&#;.
Geun Suk started working as a child model at the age of five after he was discovered by a talent agent. Geun Suk made his acting debut in the HBS (now Channel CGV) sitcom &#;Selling Happiness&#;.
Jang Geun Suk also has a singing career. He often sings for the OST of certain dramas but also has his own discography. His first single, Black Engine, was released in in partnership with the Black&#;n&#;Jean brand. He released several singles in partnership with various brands. His first single was released in Japan in and is called Let me cry.
In , his first album, Just Crazy, is released in Japan, and in , it&#;s the album Nature boy who finds himself on the charts! He formed a DJ band with Jung Kurt alias Big Brother, they mostly perform in Japan.

Jang Keun-Suk was born on August 4, in Danyang County, Chungcheongbuk Province, South Korea. He is the only child in his immediate family. At the early age of six, Keun-Suk started to work as a child model. His work as a child model came about by a fortuitous event. When his parents were selling their home, a perspective buyer came to their house who worked as a talent agent. When he saw young Jang Keun-Suk at the house, he advised his parents that Geun-seok should work as model.[1]
Jang Keun-Suk made his acting debut four years later in the HBS sitcom "Selling Happiness" (Haengbokeul Pabmoda). He then continued to work in television as a child actor. In middle school, Keun-Suk heard the music of Japanese pop singer singer Ken Hirai & Japanese rock band L'Arc-en-Ciel.
